When you place an order through our online store d-cor.eu or by emailing [email protected], we confirm the order by sending an order confirmation to the email address you specified. This order confirmation is a validation that an agreement has been entered into between you and Stuckatur i Sverige AB. Finalized order also means that you agree to our terms of purchase and agree that name and personal identity number or corporate registration number is registered in our ERP system. Stuckatur i Sverige AB does not enter into agreements with persons who are below the age of 18.

If you are not certain about your selection, we offer our customers four free-of-charge samples on all our lists. The only thing you pay for is the shipping cost. This offer applies on cornice, skirting, wall, flex, façade mouldings, and curtain profiles.


The prices stated on our online store are in Euro (including VAT). It is the price and the item displayed at the checkout at the time of purchase that apply; however, we reserve the right for incorrect prices caused by technical problems.


We offer card payment via PayPal, and we also accept the following cards: Visa and MasterCard. No registered account on PayPal is required to pay by card. Payment by card is made in accordance with the applicable rules for online payment in the EU. We use PayPal's accommodated PCI-DSS certified card payment solution. Your payment is reserved in your account at the time of the order. All transactions are sent via Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), and are securely encrypted. No card numbers are saved into the system. We use 3D-Secure, the latest security technology for online credit card payments. It is a standard developed by VISA and MasterCard with the intention of safely validating the consumer when buying online. When the order is delivered, the reservation switches to a purchase.


All deliveries are booked as a regular home delivery with FedEx. You will receive an email notification (Germany and Austria) or SMS notification (all countries except Germany, France, and Austria) by the transport company when a factual delivery is booked for a drive out.  

Home delivery does not take place automatically; i.e. the customer has to book an appointment with FedEx and discuss the desired timing for delivery. Unfortunately, we have no saying to the carrier considering the time or driving days. In some smaller villages in Europe, the carrier may conduct home delivery only on specific days of the week. 

Upon receipt of the goods, the customer has to carefully inspect the goods before receiving the products. If there is a visible damage to packaging or the goods, make sure that you leave a note on the consignment note before you acknowledge it.

Estimated Delivery Date

Each product has an estimated delivery date. It is the product with the longest delivery date for the order that determines when you shall the delivery take place. Upon that date, the product should be available in order to book a delivery with FedEx. The delivery can take place both earlier or later depending on where in Europe you reside. The date is an estimated date as the estimation is based on an average delivery time. We reserve the right for delivery delays caused by our carriers.

Delivery Delays

If Stuckatur i Sverige AB is unable to deliver within the pre-arranged time, the consumer will be informed within 24 hours about the reason for the delay along with a new delivery time. If Stuckatur i Sverige AB also cannot rectify the defect within a reasonable time, the consumer has the right to withdraw the purchase. This also applies to special orders.

Once your order has left our warehouse, the delivery responsibility passes to the shipping company; Therefore, we cannot give any delivery guarantee. We reserve the right to waive all compensation claims to the customer regarding delivery delays. Our suppliers and/or the shipping companies stand for the claims after that they collected the goods from our warehouse. Moreover, never book craftsmen until you have checked that the right items have been delivered, and that no damage has occurred during delivery.

Transport Damage

Stuckatur i Sverige AB is not responsible for any transport damage caused during transport to you. If, upon receipt of the goods, you find that the shipment is damaged due to transportation, either on the product or on the packaging itself, please report this to the shipping company on the spot by noting the damage on the consignment note before you acknowledge the delivery. Always photograph any visible transport damage.

The damage will be reported to our customer service.

Unclaimed Packages

As a buyer, you are responsible for redeeming the shipment at the delivery point within the time specified on the delivery notice. If you are unable to take or collect your package at the delivery point, it will be sent back to us. At this point, we may charge you a reasonable amount for shipping and administrative costs. We charge a fee of EUR 60 if a delivery is not booked for delivery within the specified time, or if the delivery is not collected. The shipment remains at the FedEx for 10 days before being returned to us. Therefore, please note that, if you regret a purchase and wish to return an item, you must first have the package delivered or collected by you, and then return it according to the Return Description below.

By law, you as a consumer always have a 14-day right of withdrawal when purchasing via the Internet. In order to make you feel fully safe with your purchase, Stuckatur i Sverige AB offers a full 30-day right of withdrawal from the time you receive the goods. In that case, the customers are responsible for the return shipping.

However, a prerequisite for the right of withdrawal is that the goods are unused and undamaged. If the goods are in an altered state, we may make a price reduction equivalent to the depreciation of the goods.

You do not have the right to change your mind if the goods cannot be returned due to their condition / nature. We would like to draw the customer's attention to the fact that the right of withdrawal will be lifted if the contract relates to a product which has being manufactured or substantially modified according to the consumer's particular wishes or altered into a clear personal touch. For instance, goods that are manufactured and customized after a specific order from the customer’s wishes and requirements.

When claiming the right of withdrawal or return, always email us on [email protected] no later than 30 days after you received the item/items that you wish to return. We will then need the following information from you:

1) Order number (available in your order confirmation, on the packing slip or invoice).
2) Name and contact details.
3) Item number and quantity of the products that will be returned.

The customer is always responsible for the return shipping. Please contact us if you wish us to arrange for booking shipping and correct shipping labels. The customer is held responsible for the goods until we have received them.

Keep in mind that you should always contact customer service before sending a return.


Refunds are paid to the credit card/bank account used while ordering. The consumer has the right to get back the full amount of the purchase including the shipping cost. Return shipping costs, however, are paid by the customer. Once we have received and checked the returned item/items, the refund will take place. The refund is usually made within 14 days on the receipt of the approved return.


If you have received a defected or wrong item, please contact our customer service within a reasonable time (2 months). Describe the error in as many details as possible, preferably along with the photo. If we cannot solve the problem, you will naturally have to complain about the product to get a new one. Complaints shall be made in accordance with the instructions given to you by us. The consumer has a 2-year right to complain. The complaint must be reported no later than 2 months after the consumer has received the delivery. In case of an approved complaint, Stuckatur i Sverige AB is responsible for the new shipping and any probable return shipping.

Never book craftsmen until you have checked that the right items have been delivered, and that no damage has occurred during delivery. Wrongfully managed and faulty goods may not be assembled, if so, the buyer is deemed to have approved his/her delivery. However, this does not apply if certain circumstances made it possible to observe that the item in question is wrongly picked while being assembled.

Make sure to check these products before an assembly or mounting. Stuckatur i Sverige AB does not reimburse for any craft costs or alike in connection with a complaint. For the same reason, it is important that you check the goods before installation.

Refund due reclaims

If Stuckatur i Sverige AB undertakes redelivery or rectifying the fault in the event of a complaint, any shipping costs shall be refunded within 14 days from the date when Stuckatur i Sverige AB has received the note on the faulty goods complaint. Return of goods and refunds shall be made without unnecessary delay.

In the event of a dispute, Stuckatur i Sverige AB follows the Consumer Europe's recommendations. Consumer Europe has been designated as the contact unit for Online Dispute Resolution (ODR):

This allows us to complete and provide the service that you can expect from us. According to the Personal Data Act (PUL), you have the right to receive the information we have registered on you. Both Stuckatur i Sverige AB and the customer shall be exempted from the completion of the transaction if the performance is prevented or is substantially aggravated by circumstances which Stuckatur i Sverige AB and/ or customer could not reasonably control or foresee. The following and similar circumstances shall be considered as grounds for exemption where they impede or aggravate the completion of the purchase: fire, war, mobilization, requisition, seizure, currency restrictions, general scarcity of goods, scarcity of transportation means, strike, lockout, restrictions in the form of driving force, failure and delays of deliveries from subcontractors; all of which arising from the circumstance referred to in this paragraph or other circumstances which Stuckatur i Sverige AB or customer cannot overcome and which either hinders or impedes Stuckatur i Sverige AB or the customer's performance to an extent that it can only be done at abnormally high cost.
