Modern materials give us many possibilities to recreate, repair, and decorate stunning rooms of old times, and with much easier way! Originally, stucco was made by craftsmen carving patterns in wood. Years later, it became increasingly common to make industrial production of stucco in plaster. But these were very heavy and difficult to assemble!
In the early 1960s, people developed manufactured stuccos in polyurethane and polystyrene (styrofoam), which are lighter, easier to mount, and way cheaper.
The corbels are made of polyurethane, a shock and water-resistant material. Polyurethane is impact-resistant and has a thick and smooth white paintable surface. The material is sandable and easy to process even with standard hand tools when set up. They can be painted with all kinds of paint. When cleaning, the material can withstand moisture and most solvents.
