Originally, stuccos were made by craftsmen carving patterns in wood. Years later, it became increasingly common to make industrial production of stucco in plaster. But these were very heavy and difficult to assemble! In the early 1960s, people developed and manufactured stucco in polyurethane and polystyrene, which are lighter, easier to mount, and way cheaper.

Corner moulding HL320-2 is made of the material polyurethane, a much more impact-resistant material than polystyrene (styrofoam). Easy to repair if an accident occurs.

Polyurethane is a shock and water-resistant material with a smooth paintable surface, which allows its painting to accentuate the surface’s finest details and curves. The material is sandable and easy to process with standard hand tools when installing. The products can also be used outdoors, and when cleaning, the material can withstand moisture.

Mounting

Use standard hand tools for sawing, grinding and processing while assembling. Mount the corner mouldings with glue. Any excess glue can immediately be wiped off with water or mild soap solution.
